Additionally, the sum that he had paid and the one referenced on the ticket was unique.

An officer examining the case said that almost two years back, Parmar, who hails from Datia in MP, found a proviso in a portion of the movement entry installment portals.

Parmer moved toward movement offices through two of his relatives — Pransingh Parmar (48) and Raghvendra Singh (38) — and offered them limited rates.

“He would book tickets for movement organizations at 80 percent of the market rates. He had turned out to be very well known and a few operators began moving toward him.
